Detailed Product Description

Our Automatic Tire Inflater can iinflate 12" diameter to 18" diameter wheel assemblies up to 600 per hour. Loading in automatic mode has a light curtain trigger that activates the wheel index after wheels are placed on the conveyor pallets. If tire is present in inflation station, then an inflation cycle is intiated. an automatic uloading system on the end of the machine unloads onto a gravity conveyor. A sensor on the gravity conveyor stops the machine if full untill cleared.
